Corneita Allen is an energetic and engaging mentor, committed community leader, and captivating speaker. She is the founder of Beautiful Butterfly and is dedicated to helping women and girls recognize and celebrate their inner beauty.
Although she was one of four children raised in a single parent home, Corneita overcame the obstacles set before her and excelled to the top of her graduating class, becoming Valedictorian, a Young Scholar, and winner of the Miss African-American Teen Award. She went on to graduate from The Ohio State University with a degree in Broadcast Journalism and served as the Marketing Director for a local non-profit before launching Beautiful Butterfly.
Through the Beautiful Me Youth Mentorship Program, Corneita motivates youth to build a firm foundation for life through developing a healthy self-image, strong character, and transferable life skills.
Married and a mother of two, Corneita has devoted her life to serving others and helping them to succeed no matter their circumstances.
